Day Nine: Mullarkey sets new Manx record

David Mullarkey set a new Isle of Man record in the Men's 500m at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

The 22-year-old broke the previous record by 3.23secs.

He delivered a time of 13:43:92 to a packed out Alexander Stadium in Birmingham.

Mullarkey finished 12th.
