Day Seven: Mullarkey finishes 17th in field of 24

The Isle of Man's David Mullarkey took to the track at the Alexander Stadium in his first Commonwealth Games this morning.

The 22-year-old finished eighth in his heat with a time of 3:50.08.

He will next compete in the Men's 5000m on Saturday.
