Records were broken by the Isle of Man swimmers who were back in the pool at the 2022 Commonwealth Games this morning.
Peter Allen was first to compete in the Men's 200m Freestyle - Heat 2. He came 4th with a time of 1min 57.48secs.
23-year-old Alex Bregazzi came eight in Heat 5 with a time of 1min 52.33secs.
Joel Watterson broke the Manx record in the 100m Freestyle before Alex, Peter and Joel smashed the 2017 Men's 4x100 by a clear 10seconds which allowed them to qualify for tonight's final in Sandwell.
There was another brilliant performance from Keira Prentice. The 17-year-old was ranked 2nd with a time of 1min 12.19secs in the Women's 100m Backstroke - Heat 1.
Emma Hodgson broke a Manx record in the Women's 100m Backstroke with a time of 1:04:82.
