Day One: Swimming - Atkinson through to 100m Butterfly Final

Charlotte Atkinson has won 3rd place in this evenings 100m Butterfly Semi-Final and goes through to the Final.

She was in second place at the turn, finishing in a time of 58.04 seconds.

The winner was Australia’s Madeline Groves who took a new Commonwealth Games Record time. And second was Canada’s Rebecca Smith.

The Final is tomorrow at 9.51pm that's 12.51pm UK Time.

In the Women’s 50m Breaststroke Semi-Final, Laura Kinley finished in 7th place with a time of 32.15
