The chief executive and deputy chief executive of the Department of Health and Social Care have both resigned from their postitions.
Dr Malcolm Couch held the position of Chief Executive since June 2015 while Michaela Morris joined the newly-merged Department in September 2014.
The Manx Government announced their departure on Friday.
They leave the DHSC ahead of a final report of the Island's healthcare system which due to be presented by Sir Johnathan Michael later this month.
Sir Jonathan’s progress report in January indicated that a wide range of reforms would be recommended, which are likely to take a number of years to deliver in full if they are approved by Tynwald.
