Tributes paid to Jack Corrin CBE

Tributes are being paid to former Deemster Jack Corrin.

Mr Corrin passed away over the weekend at the age of 87.

The Manxman was educated at King William's College. He was called to the Manx bar in 1954.

Mr Corrin served as Attorney General between 1974 and 1980, Second Deemster between 1980 and 1988 and then First Deemster and Clerk of the Rolls between 1988 and 1998.

Tributes were paid to Mr Corrin in today's Tynwald sitting.
