The Island's fire service believes several fires in the south of the Island were started deliberately.
Crews were called out shortly before midnight on Friday to tackle a heath fire on the approach to Eary Cushlin.
As Port Erin crews were returning to the station, they were called to a second incident near the picnic site on the Sloc, while firefighters from Castletown were called to a blaze at the top of the Sloc.
Police and wardens from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture are working with the fire service to find the culprits.
The emergency services and DEFA are appealing for anyone who sees something suspicious in the countryside to report it to the police.
