Police investigate multiple car damage incidents

Police are appealing for information following a number of incidents of damage to cars in Douglas over the festive period.

A Honda Jazz was hit by another vehicle while parked on Grosvenor Road between 8pm on Boxing Day and 3pm the next day, resulting in multiple scratches.

The driver of the other car didn't leave their details at the scene or report the incident to the police.

A separate incident happened between 6pm on Christmas Eve and midday on Christmas Day, when a mirror was taken from the wing mirror of a car parked on Victoria Avenue.

Another wing mirror was damaged overnight on the Friday before Christmas.

A white Fiat 500 was parked opposite the Kings Guest House on Queens Promenade when the mirror casing was taken.
