Plans for a multi-purpose development including accommodation and retail units in Ramsey have been submitted.
The facility would be built on the site of the former Albert Road School, which closed in 2008.
The development would feature space for retail businesses, office space, a coffee shop, four apartments and three townhouses, as well as parking.
The site - which is still owned by the Government - has been used as a car park since the school building was demolished five years ago.
There had previously been plans to build a community centre and auditorium on the site, but funding fell through in 2013.
