A determined sixteen year old Matthew Roosen in action at Sinclair recently.
A determined sixteen year old Matthew Roosen in action at Sinclair recently.

Michael Duncalf shot the highest gun score in the IoMSC September Handicap but the overall win went to sixteen year old Matthew Roosen by a slim margin of 3.1 points. Another teenager, Sam Jones claimed third positon very close on the heels of Duncalf. A rather low entry of just eleven and new handicaps gave a new dimension to the competition. Overall, the posted gun scores were on the low side but once handicaps had been added, the results were much closer.
