CCTV released after New Year's Day assault

Police want to identify the man on the left of this image

Police have released CCTV footage in a bid to identify a man they think was involved in a serious assault on New Year's Day.

It happened at around 1.10am on January 1st in the Villa Marina colonnade area - the victim received serious facial injuries.

The footage, released at the weekend, shows two men walking together - officers want to identify one of them.
