Ratepayers in Port St Mary will benefit from their rates staying the same for the fourth consecutive year.
Commissioners in the village will keep the rate at 306 pence in the pound for the next financial year.
That's despite what they say is an "increasing workload" as more responsibilities are handed over from the Department of Infrastructure.
Street cleaning, gulley emptying and the maintenance of hedges have all been transferred.
The commissioners say they will continue to maintain the village to the highest standard without passing costs onto residents.
