Treasury Minister to give London lecture

The Treasury Minister is to present a prestigious annual lecture at a London College.

Anne Craine will deliver the Sir Thomas Gresham Docklands Lecture later this year.

Guests at the lecture will include Lords, Ladies and some of the UK's top academics, as well as leading figures from the City.

Previous speakers at the lecture include the Chairman of the UK's FSA, a former editor of the Economist and a European Commissioner.

Mrs Craine's lecture will be on the future of offshore financial centres, and will take place on November 2nd.
