The Island’s public, private and third sectors were represented at a major annual conference to promote best practice on workplace wellbeing.

The Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Conference was organised by the Chamber of Commerce’s Positive Health and Wellbeing Forum, and sponsored by Zurich on the Isle of Man.

Chamber CEO, Rebecca George said: “The aim of the conference was to help all employers, and employees, by giving them the tools they need to make positive changes to the culture of their workplaces.

"The Island has had a workplace wellbeing event for several years which was organised by Public Health. But this year’s event was the first one organised by Chamber, so it’s really an inaugural event which represents the start of a new era for the Island’s premier annual forum to promote best practice on workplace health and wellbeing.”
