Largest Class A drugs bust in Isle of Man Constabulary history

The Isle of Man Constabulary have seized a significant amount of suspected Heroin and Cocaine; the single largest seizure of class A controlled drugs in the Isle of Man Constabulary’s history. 

Officers from the Drug & Organised Crime Unit at seized a total amount of 2 kilos of Heroin and, 1.25 kilos of Cocaine; with an estimated street value of up to £750,000.

Four arrests were made on Sunday, October 22, in the Douglas area. 

Three males have subsequently been interviewed and charged with serious drug related offences and will appear in Court today (October 25).

Two of those charged are local men and the other is a male from the Merseyside area. A further male has been released on Police bail pending ongoing investigations.
