Ravens Suffer Another League Defeat

Sun, 20 Nov 2022

FC Isle of Man's loss at Winsford has put them closer to the drop zone in the North West Counties Football League Premier Division.

The Ravens were beat 3-0 in Saturday's Away game.

This is their 12th loss in 19 league games and comes only two weeks after the sudden sacking of Manager Chris Bass Snr.

All three of Winsford's goals came from Nathan Cotterell with a first half goal and then two more completing his hatrick in the second half.

The Ravens are currently 18th in the League but interim Manager Paul Jones described the Team as 'magnificent for large parts of the game'.

FC Isle of Man will face visitors Charnock Richard this coming Saturday at The Bowl. Kick off is at 1pm.
