Casualty rescued from 4th floor window

Firefighters were called out to remove a casualty from a fourth floor window in Douglas yesterday.

Fire crews along with the ambulance service attended a property on Church Road Marina.

Crews utilised an Aerial Ladder Platform to create a safe egress point to extricate the casualty.

The casualty was removed from a 4th floor window of the building and transferred to a waiting ambulance.
