RNLI called out to report of pleasure craft in difficulty

A small pleasure craft had to be rescued off the coast of the Island last night.

The RNLI crew from Douglas were sent to the scene off Marine Drive Toll Gate at just after 7:20pm.

The pleasure craft has suffered engine problems due to issues with the fuel supply.

The trio on board managed to resolve the problem and were escorted back to Douglas Harbour by the RNLI crew.
