Robust pandemic response plans in place says Manx Utilities

Manx Utilities says it has robust reponse plans in place due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The company has begun additional precautionary measures to ensure the continued safety of customers and staff, and the delivery of essential services. 

This will include stopping visits to premises for routine activities such as meter reading and routine meter changes. 

Activities involving continuity of supply of electricity and water, sewerage collection and addressing of safety matters will continue.

Emergency credit will be increased from £6 to £30 for pre-pay meters.

Customers can get regularly updated on the Manx Utilities website and customers can also call 687675 during office hours or the 24 hour support number 687687 (emergencies only).
