IOM Arts Council welcomes illustrator and designer as youngest member

The Isle of Man Arts Council has appointed a local illustrator and graphic designer on their team.

 

28-year-old Jade Boylan is a professional artist, with years of experience working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer from her home in the North of the Island.

 

In 2014, she founded an online business marketing her designs as widely as America, Europe and Australia.
