'Need' should come before 'means' says Minister

The Isle of Man Government Minister for Policy and Reform Chris Thomas MHK says the recent Tynwald sitting which went on for three days last week was an ‘important’ sitting.

His plan for a modernised rates system was approved, which he says surprised some people in Tynwald, but that it was about time – the new system will begin in three years time.

Speaking to Energy FM, Mr Thomas explained how ‘need’ should come before ‘means’ for the new Government year:
