The clean-up operation is continuing after yesterday's devastating floods in Laxey.
A major incident was declared after people were left trapped in the their homes and vehicles were swept away by the torrent of water.
The Chief Minister has been visiting the area this morning and speaking to those affected.
Residents say a contributory factor to the flooding was a hole which had been knocked through the river wall to allow a digger access to carry out repair works on the weir.
The Chair of Manx Utilities has denied the authority is not to blame for yesterday's flooding.
