The Isle of Man Government are asking people who are members of the EU, EEA or have Swiss citizenship to register for the IOM EU Settlement Scheme.
The Isle of Man Scheme was introduced as Appendix EU to the Isle of Man Immigration Rules on 30th March so that citizens are able to remain on the Island.
Appendix EU to the Isle of Man Immigration Rules is based on the agreement the UK has reached with the EU for EU, European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss citizens, and their non-EEA family members.
The deadline for a no-deal is 31st December 2020.
