Minimum wage goes up from today

Tue, 01 Oct 2019

The Minimum Wage in the Isle of Man has increased from today.

Those aged 18 or over will earn £8.25 an hour, £6.15 for under 18 of compulsory school age, and £7.50 for development workers.

The changes, which were unanimously approved by Tynwald in July 2018, were sought to encourage fairness and equality across the Island.
