Water emergency shutdown between Hildesley Rd and Lancaster Rd

Manx Utilities have made an emergency shutdown of water supply between Hildesley Road and Lancaster Road in Douglas.

Residents in the area are being warned that water will be switched off until approximately 2pm today.

They say that water supplies may be discoloured after work is completed and so to run a cold tap downstairs in homes until it clears.
