Microgaming will stop running poker games from next year.
The eGaming company made the announcement via blog post that its Poker Network will cease in 2020 after an extensive review of its product portfolio.
It wil signall the end of poker tournaments which have been in operation for more than 16 years.
CEO of Micrgaming John Coleman said of the decision: 'The network model no longer fits with our strategic vision for poker, and this is the right time to announce the closure as we focus on redistributing key resources and personnel across the business.'
