Ducks killed crossing road near Ballacraine and Greeba

Police have received reports of a large amount of ducks holding up drivers in the road between Ballacraine and Greeba.

They were spotted in a field crossing the road, with drivers having to break or swerve to avoid them - with some ducks being hit and killed.

Police are asking the public to reduce speed when driving and be prepared to brake suddenly.

The MSPCA has been informed and relocating as soon as possible.
