Local talent to be showcased at Manx LitFest 2019

The annual Manx LitFest will launch later this month showcasing local literary talent as well as international.

Between 24 and 29 September the festival will take place at various different locations across the Island.

Events will range from poetry slams, book launches, a walk around Conrhenny Plantation, a schools’ day, quiz night and writing workshops.

One of the local authors headlining is Rachel Bennett - she’s releasing her first thriller novel, The Flood at the Family Library in Douglas on 25 September:
