Next Strand Street store on sale for over £6m

Next Stores on Strand Street is up for sale for over 6 million pounds.

Chrystals are advertising the 15,900 square foot property for £6,250,000 on their website, with a rental income of over £370,000.

Next has more than 700 stores across the UK and the retail company's lease for the Strand Street store will end in 2026.
