Owner appeal after dog attacked

Police are appealing for information after a dog attack in the north of the Island.

It happened on Saturday morning at around 9:30am at the Ballaghennie Nature Reserve.

Officers say they are keen to speak to a woman who had up to seven or eight dogs with her.

During the incident another dog being walked in the area sustained injuries.
