New homes in Ramsey get the green light

Work on the next phase of a new housing development in Ramsey is due to start shortly.

The latest stage of work at Auldyn Meadow will see 30 three-bedroom homes constructed by local homebuilder Dandara after the first phase comprising two and three-bedroom bungalows sold-out.

Dandara says the properties will help meet local demand for new family homes and homebuyers should be able to move in by next summer.

The development is located in a semi-rural position just off Gardener’s Lane.
