Isle of Man Meats appoints Compliance Manager

Isle of Man Meats has appointed Colin Pilkington as Compliance Manager.

Colin, who is from Chorley in Lancashire, has 30 years’ experience working in the food industry, predominantly in the red meat sector.

He joins Isle of Man Meats from Severn Valley Lamb in the West Midlands where he worked as a Plant Manager.

In his new role his responsibilities (in addition to compliance) will cover external audits, customer service, staff training and development, and supporting the production team.
