Mountain Road closed today and tomorrow

Motorists are reminded the A18 Mountain Road will be closed in two sections today and tomorrow.

The road will be closed today from Barrule Park, Ramsey to the Bungalow.

Tomorrow the road will be closed from the Bungalow to the Creg ny Baa back road junction.

The closure will be in place each day between 9:00am and 4:30pm.

The Creg Na Baa Hotel and the Snaefell mountain railway will operate as usual.

Patching work and hedge cutting is being carried out in preparation for the Festival of motorcycling.
