Horse Safe initiative launched

Isle of Man Constabulary have launched a new initiative aimed at motorists and horse-riders.

Horse Safe has been launched in conjunction with the British Horse Society.

The force says the aim is to improve the way that motorists pass horses when they encounter them on a road.

We're being reminded it is important to give them a cars width as you pass them and reduce your speed to 15 mph.
