A community initiative which teaches children at primary schools on the Island about all important life skills, is celebrating 27 years since it was launched.
The week-long Crucial Crew project is offered to Year Six pupils who are about to move on to high schools.
The joint approach by local organisations focuses on teaching children how to respond to potentially dangerous, hazardous or emergency situations.
This year has seen nearly 900 children taking part and more than 20,000 since the first Crucial Crew.
