Police appeal to trace missing teenager

Police in the North of the Island are keen to locate 14 year old Oshin Kaighen who was last seen at his home address in Ramsey earlier today.

Oshin was last seen wearing a black and grey jumper with red writing on it, navy tracksuit bottoms but wasn't wearing any shoes.

Oshin is slim build, pale completion and has curly red hair.
