More than 40 prosecutions for people ignoring 'Road Closed' signs

Figures have revealed that have been 42 cases of people or vehicles using closed roads in just over three years.
The data has been given in response to a Freedom of Information request.
15 prosecutions were made for people being on closed roads and 27 more for having vehicles on them under the 2016 Road Races Act.
The figures show the year between April 2017 and March 2018 saw the highest number with 22 cases.
