Premier Inn opens in Douglas

Whitbread has officially opened the Isle of Man’s first Premier Inn hotel in Douglas.

The 85-bedroom hotel and restaurant on Market Street was opened yesterday.

The new six-storey hotel and restaurant was developed by Isle of Man based property developer Dandara, which handed it over to Whitbread last month. 

Speaking to MTTV, Managing Director of Premier Inn UK Simon Ewins says the new hotel will not just attract visitors to the Island but also local people:
