Police are reminding TT spectators that it's illegal to use drones around the TT course.
A drone was spotting flying near Union Mills this afternoon, despite a helicopter operating nearby.
A no fly zone is in force inside the TT course, and 1,000 metres outside of it until June 8th.
Breach of the restriction is an offence which is punishable on conviction by a fine of up to £2,500. Airspace restrictions in the vicinity of Isle of Man Airport mean that drone flying is also prohibited at the pre- and post-TT meetings held at the Billown Circuit.
Officers are also appealing for anyone who can identify the person who was using the drone to contact the police.
