The Steam Packet Company says sailings this morning are delayed.
It follows a medical emergency yesterday afternoon.
The Ben-my-Chree left Belfast at 3:44am and isn't expected to arrive into Douglas until 8:30am.
The 9am Douglas to Heysham crossing will now depart at 10am instead. Passengers are being asked to check-in before 9:15am.
