TT 2019: Padgett's set for racing action

The ‘Ramsey Rocket’ Conor Cummins and the Padgett’s Honda Racing team are raring to go ahead of the opening race day of TT 2019.

Conor and Davey Todd, fresh from success at the recent North West 200, will be further strengthened this summer by a third team-mate in 23-time TT winner John McGuinness who will compete for the Batley-based squad in next week’s two Supersport races.

‘I feel really good about this year. I am realistic as I know the pace will be ridiculous, but I have to make sure I leave nothing out on the track. I can’t wait to get out around the TT course and will obviously give it my all.’ said Conor.

The 33-year-old Manxman – who achieved podiums in the Superbike and Senior TT last year and set his fastest ever lap of the TT Mountain Course at 132.589mph - is again competing in all three main classes - the Superbike, Superstock and Supersport races.

‘Our line-up of riders is a very exciting one and Conor is a totally laidback Manxman and so relaxed. Not only is he an integral part of our team but he is great to have around and, along with Davey and John, we are really looking forward to another TT week in the Isle of Man.’
