Rider in serious condition following crash

A bike rider has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash on the Mountain Road.

The accident happened on the Mountain Road between Ramsey and the Bungalow.

Police have confirmed the rider was take to Nobles Hospital and is believed to be in a serious but stable condition.

The road remain closed between Ramsey and the Bungalow for accident investigation work.

Another rider was taken to hospital this morning after a separate crash near Guthries Memorial.
