More than 500 jobs are at risk in the UK, after businessman Sir Phillip Green's Arcadia retail group launched a rescue plan.
The company says its Topshop store in Douglas is unaffected and will remain open.
Burtons, Wallis, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge are also safe on the Island.
The restructuring would see the closure of 23 shops belonging to the group - whose brands include Topshop, Burton and Dorothy Perkins.
The move will also see pension scheme contributions reduced, as well as proposals to reduce rent at nearly 200 stores across the country.
