TT 2019: Parking arrangements announced for Douglas Prom

The work on the £25 million revamp of Douglas Promenade is to be stopped for TT fortnight.

Officials say parking arrangements will be different this year and the horse trams will also operate a much shorter route.

For TT events on the Prom such as the sand racing or Red Arrows display, spectators are asked use the Summerland, the Bottleneck or Chester Street car parks.

The TT funfair will be on the Loch Promenade walkway so parking will be suspended from Friday 24 May - re-starting on Tuesday 11 June.

The MyProm shuttle bus will pause for TT beginning again on 10 June.
