Island's inflation rate increases

The Isle of Man's inflation rate increased last month.
The Consumer Prices Index climbed from 1.3% in March to 1.9% in April.
The Treasury says the rise is down to an increase in transport cost, as well as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
Internet subscriptions, vegetables and postage have all seen significant increases.
Tea, painkiller tablets and electrical appliances are all cheaper.
