£120,000 worth of cannabis seized in drugs bust

A man has been arrested after cannabis with a street value of £120,000 was recovered in the south of the Island.

Police arrested a 46-year-old man from Liverpool yesterday evening on suspicion of drug importation offences.

He remains in custody and is helping officers with enquiries.
