Combating plastic waste in Port Erin

Port Erin Commissioners has joined the Refill Isle of Man scheme.

A new bottle-refill points has been installed at Station Road Car Park and another will be installed on the Lower Promenade by the beach.

Several businesses within Port Erin have also already signed up the Refill Isle of Man initiative with Port Erin Commissioners encouraging others to join the scheme.

The idea is to help reduce the amount of single use plastics being used through the Manx Plastic Pledge.
