"Climate change is essential" says Boot

The environment minister says public feedback on climate change is essential.

It comes after Braddan Commissioner Andrew Jessopp accused the Government of putting off decisions on the subject.

But Geoffrey Boot says more than 200 responses have been received since the public consultation was launched at last month’s sitting of Tynwald.

And he says climate change is too important not to get the opinions of local people.
