Mayor of Douglas to stay in office

Douglas Borough Council have confirmed current Mayor, Jonathan Joughin, will remain in post until May next year.

A decision was made during a special private meeting of council last Thursday.

Mr Joughin previously served as an MHK for Douglas East.
