600 people attend Ramsey Bay Marina meeting

More than 600 people gathered in Ramsey last night to hear about plans for the proposed £100M Marina.

Ramsay Marina Ltd wants to create a 400-berth dock, residential and commercial units, a hotel and a yacht club near the town's harbour.

The project would also see a 1,150ft breakwater built and sand extracted to reclaim a beach for "residential and leisure" areas.

A full presentation of the proposed plans were shown to hundreds of people at the Mountain View Innovation Centre.
